Data You Provide in TheONE Software
TheONE software is provided as a service to some of our customers, who nominate specific employees to be Administrators and system users. The addition of a user is at the discretion of the administrator and/or the software licensee. Acceptance to use of the data supplied is deemed to take place at the point when a new user is created by the nominated system administrator and subsequently by the user when the access password is created. TheONE software will collect the following information during the user set up process:
- First and last name
- Company name, department and location
- Email address
