We gather and use certain information about individuals who use our cloud-based Demand Driven software, TheONE. We use this information to permit access to the software and to enable specific functionality to be provided during use and data processing.

We may collect the following information:

• First and last name
• Company name, department and location
• Email address
• Data usage

Data You Provide in TheONE Software

TheONE software is provided as a service to some of our customers, who nominate specific employees to be Administrators and system users. The addition of a user is at the discretion of the administrator and/or the software licensee.  Acceptance to use of the data supplied is deemed to take place at the point when a new user is created by the nominated system administrator and subsequently by the user when the access password is created. TheONE software will collect the following information during the user set up process:

• First and last name
• Company name, department and location
• Email address

How We Use The Data

Collecting this data enables High Impact Coaching & Strategies to provide access to TheONE and to enable specific functionality to be provided during online access and data processing. Specifically, we may use data:

• To assign each user a system ID that can be assigned specific levels of access and system privileges
• To track specific system actions performed by users in the operation of the software
• To contact you via email when a password reset has been requested

PayPal Payments

With regards to online payments, High Impact Coaching & Strategies collects information that is necessary only to process an order with the subsequent processing being completed through our 3rd party payments provider, PayPal.

Your information collected for PayPal’s secure online payment system is governed by the PayPal Privacy Policy. PayPal requests information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (name and address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date etc). This information is used by PayPal for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If they have trouble processing an order, they will use this information to contact you by email.

All payment information collected is ONLY stored on PayPal’s secure site and is not available to High Impact Coaching & Strategies, other than all contact details (including email address), the product purchased, and the amount paid.
