This premium training program is taught across four 3-hr lecture sessions and four 2-hr tutorial sessions and is specifically designed to combine in-depth knowledge of Mixed Model DDFT design with a series of projects that demonstrate why Flow Manufacturing is key to transforming a company into becoming Demand Driven. Furthermore, this class will provide you with the tools and skills to begin transforming your company. We will deep-dive into the mathematics and science of DDFT while sharing our experiences in the art of how to truly implement.

During each lecture session, we will introduce the specific DDFT tools required to implement Demand Driven Flow Technology in your manufacturing facility. These lecture sessions are followed by a series of assignments and tutorial sessions where you will be tasked with specific exercises to reinforce your understanding of the DDFT toolset and how to use each tool. Moreover, these assignments are designed to simulate each stage of an actual DDFT implementation.

The class will conclude with a DDFT implementation case study assignment to prepare an operational DDFT layout for a fictional factory using the tools and skills you have developed over the course of the training program.
