Following the completion of a comprehensive DFT deployment that included a facility redesign and relocation, Industrial Scientific Corporation has been awarded the 2015 Manufacturer of the Year in Pittsburgh, USA. The competition was fierce with companies such as Boeing included in the short-list for the “Greater Than 400 Employees” category.
Over one year, High Impact Coaching & Strategies has worked closely with Industrial Scientific to totally redesign their manufacturing and service facilities with the objective to consolidate the manufacturing and service operations, redesign product flow in addition to fitting the entire new operations environment into effectively less space within a new facility.
